At Babo Bamboo, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Please read this Shipping Policy before placing your order.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During busy periods (such as promotions, holidays, or product launches), processing times may be longer.

Please note: processing time (preparing your order) is separate from shipping time (carrier delivery time).


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the destinations shown at checkout.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Order size/weight

  • Selected shipping method (if applicable)

Any free shipping offers, minimum order thresholds, or promotional shipping rates will be shown on the website and/or at checkout.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and/or in your shipping confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Peak season volume

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

Babo Bamboo is not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control.


5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (and tracking information, if available).

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete email address and shipping address at checkout.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Please check your shipping details carefully before completing your order.

If an order is delayed, returned, or cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, Babo Bamboo is not responsible for resulting delays or additional shipping charges.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an address issue, failed delivery attempts, or non-collection, we may:

  • charge additional shipping costs to resend the order, or

  • deduct original and return shipping costs from any refund (where legally permitted)


7. Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Parcels

If delivery fails because:

  • the customer is unavailable,

  • the parcel is not collected from a pickup point in time, or

  • the customer refuses delivery without legal justification,

the parcel may be returned to us.

In such cases, any refund may be reduced by:

  • outbound shipping costs,

  • return shipping costs, and/or

  • handling fees (where legally permitted)

This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.


8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Parcels

Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label (if possible)

Lost or missing parcels

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please:

  1. Check with household members/neighbours

  2. Check safe places / delivery instructions

  3. Contact the carrier

  4. Contact us at info@babobambo.com

We will assist where possible, but investigation and resolution may depend on the carrier’s procedures.


9. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (if applicable)

For international orders (outside the EU, if applicable), customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees may be charged by the destination country.

Unless stated otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Babo Bamboo is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


10. Delivery Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at:

We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order is placed, especially if the order has already been processed or shipped.
